Access to or use of our service or website constitutes acceptance of the terms detailed below. Scope of Service
Jocleho offers business coaching services tailored to your and your organization’s needs in terms of individual and organizational development. What we shall be doing is to guide and support you in the furtherance of your business development, but decisions and their resultant activities lie solely with you. Our role is simply that of expert advice in guiding you towards how you can achieve your business goals.
Terms on Payment
Payment: Payment will be paid in full at service completion. All coaching sessions, workshops, or consulting services include your acknowledgment and agreement to this payment method. Other forms of payment shall not be accepted, such as credit cards, online transfers, and checks. At Jocleho , we accept cash only for all of our coaching services.
If you require a receipt, please let us know and we will issue one once payment is made.
Booking and Cancellations
Bookings need to be requested directly to ourselves via email at [email protected]. All bookings are subject to availability. We would advise you to confirm your appointment by calling at least 48 hours before.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Ideally, please give us at least 24 hours of notice before an appointment, and if it is significantly late, we may require a fee for cancellations within that window because adjustments at the last minute ruin our schedule and commitments.
Confidentiality
We recognize that business coaching commonly involves the disclosure of confidential and proprietary information. Jocleho will not disclose all personal and business-related information obtained through the sessions. Such information shall not be shared with third parties except as bound by law. The parties to this agreement agree to keep all confidential information received private and protected.
Limitation of Liability
While Jocleho uses all its efforts to come up with efficient coaching strategies and personalized guidance, there isn’t any implied, express, or statutory warranty as far as specific outcomes are concerned. Our services are created to provide professional advice, but the performance and success of your business activities lie in your hands. Jocleho cannot be liable for any decisions or actions that might be taken based on the advice or coaching strategies given during coaching sessions.
Intellectual Property
All materials and information offered and included in the coaching sessions, through resources or proprietary strategies and techniques remain the exclusive property of Jocleho . This is intended for your personal use and cannot be reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any way whatsoever, with or without modifications, without written permission from Jocleho .
